Seattle King County Realtors®
A History of Service
For more than a century, Seattle King County REALTORS® has continuously served the Puget Sound residential real estate community, providing members with essential training and resources to be more profitable, productive and protected.
Though officially founded in 1908 as the Seattle Realty Board—one of 19 charter members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)—it was 1903 when approximately 25 individuals first met to discuss the formation of an association to benefit real estate professionals and the public.
Since establishing our philanthropic arm in 1939 with the Seattle First Citizen Award to honor community-minded residents of the greater Seattle area, we’ve continued to pursue leadership opportunities for our members through innovative programs like The REALTORS® Environmental Council. Playing a key role in the development and growth of King County and beyond, we are NAR’s Ambassador Association to Japan and its 2010 Outstanding Ambassador Association.
